Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to approximately 4 transactional messages per appointment lifecycle and up to approximately 4 marketing messages per month (if you have opted in to marketing).

c. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge you for any messages we send.

d. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further messages, except confirmations of your opt-out and any final transactional messages necessary to complete your active service request. e. SMS Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use third-party messaging service providers (such as Twilio, Inc.) solely as service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to use your information only for the purpose of providing messaging services to us, and not for their own marketing purposes.

f. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program supports all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

These vendors are contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.
