You earn 40% of the commission on every deal you help create. At an $8,500 average, that is about $3,400 to you per deal while you learn the business.
After your first 5 deals you move into closer-in-training. Once you are closing on your own, you keep 100% of the commission, about $8,500 a deal on average.
